Common issues and methods:

3. If the output is too low or not discharged, it means that you did not grind the pressure roller and the grinding disc during the grinding process of the pellet machine, or the first use of the grinding hole has poor finish. After grinding the grinding disc with abrasive material or after using for a period of time, the pellet machine Production will reach normal production;
4. The water content of the feed will also affect the discharge. The water content of the raw material is 13-20%. Because the pellet machine has the function of drying and ripening, it can be packaged in 5-10 minutes under normal temperature conditions;
5. The gap between the granule press wheel and the grinding disc is too large, which also leads to no discharge. To adjust the gap between the pressure roller and the grinding disc, screw the pressure roller with one hand, adjust the bolt, and adjust the pressure roller to the two sides to shake it. If it is slightly tight, it means that the pressure roller and the grinding disc have been adjusted;
6.If there is noise during the operation, it should stop in time, immediately check whether the bearing and various parts are loose, and whether there are any debris in the particle machine, such as small stones and nails, to clean up in time.
